Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already filed a statutory appeal before the Additional Collector, Kolhapur impugning the orders passed by Respondent No. 3 - Sub-Divisional Officer, Ichalkaranji and Respondent No. 4 - The Tahasildar, Shirol, Dist. Kolhapur dated 08.02.2021 and 31.05.2021 respectively. He states that the only relief which the Petitioner is now seeking in the present Petition is that the Additional Collector be directed to hear the Appeal filed by the Petitioner and dispose of the same within a prescribed period.

2. In view of the above, we direct the Additional Collector, Kolhapur to dispose of the Appeal filed by the Petitioner strictly on

3. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
