During pendency of this petition the State has issued a new Government Resolution dated 29/10/2021 whereby the decision has been taken to pay pension to the Lecturers who were appointed during the period from 23/10/1992 to 3/4/2000 and who had not cleared NEET or CET examinations by taking into consideration their initial date of the appointment. 2022.03.15 17:57:43 +0530 of the Petitioner is squarely covered by Government Resolution RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE dated 29/10/2021. The Petition therefore deserves to be allowed

rsk 2 27-WP-4140-21.doc and it is allowed, accordingly, it is directed that the benefits flowing from Government Resolution dated 29/10/2021 shall be made available to the Petitioner by taking necessary steps by the Respondents at the earliest, preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
