This application is for condonation of delay of 14 days caused to prefer appeal against judgment passed by learned Special Judge acquitting respondent of the offence punishable under Sections 7, 13(1)(d) and 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act. For the grounds mentioned in the application, delay caused is liable to be condoned as same does not appear to be intentional. Application is thus allowed.
