By the above Review Petition, the Review Petitioners seek review of the order dated 03.05.2017 passed in the above Writ Petition. By the said order, the above Writ Petition was dismissed. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Review Petitioners Shri. R. P. Ojha states that the Petitioners would be satisfied if all the contentions of the parties including the status of the Respondent No.1 are kept open at the time of the adjudication of the applications in question. It is clarified that all the contentions of the parties including that of the status of the Petitioners and the Respondent No.1 are kept open for being urged at the appropriate time.
