In view of the note of the Registry dated 27 July, 2016 clarifying that the Second Appeal was inadvertently given Rejected Case Number, the prayers made in the Civil Application do not survive. As the Registry itself has accepted the position that the disposal of the Second Appeal was a mistake due to wrong entry in the Registry. Place the Second Appeal and Civil Application on board as per its CMIS date. Copy be given to the learned Counsel for the Respondents.
