Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

Mr. Babasaheb B. Bhandare, Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Sangli, filed affidavit dated 8th July, 2016 on behalf of Respondent No.2. In para 3 of the said affidavit following statement is made:- 3/4

"3. I say and submit that the Deputy Director of Education, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur have given directions to the Eduction Officer (Sec), Z.P. Sangli on 7.7.2016 to release the salary of the petitioners forthwith. Hereto annexed and marked as Exhibit "A" is a copy of the order dated 7.7.2016. Issued by the Deputy Director of Education, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur. I say and submit that thereafter immediately on 7.7.2016, the Education Officer (secondary), Zilla Parishad, Sangli by its order directed the Head Master of Petitioner, School to submit pay bills. Hereto annexed and marked as Exhibit "B" is a copy of the order passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Sangli dated 7.7.2016."

In view of the statement referred above, the grievance of the Petitioners stands redressed.

The petitions accordingly stand disposed of.
