1) These are Applications for restoration of Writ Petition No. 2590 of 2016, which was dismissed for non prosecution by Order dated 19th August 2023 and for condonation of delay of 229 days in preferring the Application for restoration.

2) Learned counsel for Applicant submitted that, the Applicant is ready and willing to pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- for condonation of said delay to to the Advocates' Association of Western India Generation Next Fund, Mumbai, within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of Order. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. 1/2
