Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP.

On being pointed out that no prayer for enforcement or execution of a statement made on the floor of House of Legislature can be granted by this Court in exercise of its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and also that the entire petition is nothing but a political statement, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the PIL petition with the liberty to file a fresh with proper pleadings and prayers. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the PIL petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

However, before parting, we may caution the petitioner not to file petitions before this Court or for that matter before any other Court bereft of any material facts or legal grounds and making only political statements.
