Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court by an order dated 14th October, 2019 (Coram : K. K. Tated, J) had admitted the appeal filed by the applicants and directed the appellants to file private paper book within one year from today, but applicants could not file the paper book within one year, hence the appeal is dismissed.
