This Appeal is directed against the order dated 17th April, 2015 passed by the learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Dindoshi, Goregaon in Notice of Motion No. 339 of 2015 in Short Cause Suit no. 94 of 2015 thereby rejecting ad-interim relief. This pertains to allegations of the forged Power of Attorney and the transactions carried out between the husband and wife on the basis of said Power of Attorney.

The learned counsel for the appellant/wife submitted that the flat where the appellant was residing is sold by the appellant/plaintiff to pay off the bank dues. In view of this subsequent development, the 1 / 2

In view of this, nothing remains in this Appeal from Order, hence dismissed.
