Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner after substantial arguments, has sought leave to withdraw the Writ Petition No. 7292 of 2022. She has requested that in view of the stay of the execution proceedings in R.A.E. & R. Suit No. 259/415 of 2012 by the lower Court, subject to deposit of the interim compensation at the rate of Rs. 43,300/- per month, time may be extended for deposit of the said amount.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Petitioner shall deposit interim compensation at the rate of Rs. 43,300/- per month within a period of six weeks from the date of this order.

The Appellate Bench of Executing Court of the Small Causes Court shall take note of this order.
