The only relief sought by way of the above Writ Petition is the direction that the grievance of the Petitioners as comprised in the complaint dated 20/12/2016 addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Economic Offence Wing (EOW), Thane Rural be directed to be decided. The first page of the said complaint reveals that the said complaint has been received by the EOW. We, therefore, direct the concerned officer of the EOW to take a decision as regards the Petitioners' complaint dated 20/12/2016 and communicate his decision to the Petitioners within four weeks from date. It would be contingent upon the decision that would be communicated, that the Petitioners can thereafter seek appropriate recourse in law. With the directions lgc
