By this application, the applicant seeks substitution of the petitioner by replacing the present petitioner with JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company Limited in the aforesaid petition. It appears that vide an Assignment Agreement dated 28th June 2017, the Allahabad Bank assigned all its rights, title, interest in the financial documents, agreements, deeds, documents related thereto and all collateral and underlying security interest and/or pledges created to secure and/or guarantees issued in respect thereof, the repayment of the loan, etc, in favour of JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company Limited.

For the reasons set out in the application, application is allowed. Learned counsel for the applicant to substitute the name of the petitioner i.e. from Allahabad Bank to JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company Limited, in the aforesaid petition. Amendment be carried out forthwith.
