This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR No. 57/2014 dated 23/3/2014 registered with Wadala Police Station, Mumbai. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The applicant in BA No. 557/2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as the respondent no.2. The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the copy of amended application be served upon the learned counsel for the original complainant within the said stipulated period.
