P.C. :- 1] After this matter was argued for some time, the learned counsel for the parties, on the basis of instructions from their respective client, agree to disposal of this petition with the following order:

(a) The impugned order dated 14th March 2016 to the extent it permits defendant Nos.7 and 8(a) to file written statement is not interfered with;

(b) However, the amount of costs indicated in the impugned order are enhanced from Rs.5000/- to Rs.1,05,000/-. This means that the defendant Nos.7 and 8(a) shall have to pay to the petitioner costs of Rs.1 Lakh within a period of two weeks from today. In case, there is any difficulty in payment of costs, the said 1/2

Dinesh Sherla 6-cwp-7645-16 defendants are at liberty to deposit the costs before the learned Trial Court and the petitioner will have unconditional liberty to withdraw the said amount. 2] The petition is accordingly, disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

3] The proceedings in Civil Suit are directed to be expedited. The learned Trial Judge to endeavour to dispose of the suit within one year from today.

4] All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
