1] After arrest on 28/02/2021, applicant is charge-sheeted in C.R. No. 250/2019 registered with Kasturba Marg Police Station, Mumbai. for an offence punishable under Sections 417, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

2] Considering the nature of allegations against the applicant and the fact that documents used in the commission of crime are already seized wherein applicant alleged to have been impersonated as Uttam Ghere in the matter of allotment of room, case for grant of bail is made out. Hence, following order:

No. 250/2019 registered with Kasturba Marg Police Station, Mumbai. for an offence punishable under Sections 417, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall neither infuence witnesses in any manner nor tamper with evidence.

3] Mr. Marwadi, learned counsel for the applicant prays that applicant be released on cash bail and assures that sureties will be furnished within period of 8 weeks. As such, statement is accepted as an undertaking.

(iii) In wake of above, applicant is ordered to be released on cash bail of Rs. 15,000/- for a period of 8 weeks within which period, applicant shall furnish sureties.
