The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with C.R. No. 36 of 2023 registered with Manchar (Pargaon) Polilce Station, Pargaon, District Pune for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 307, 341, 324, 336, 337, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("IPC") has filed present anticipatory bail application seeking relief of pre-arrest bail under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 ("Cr.P.C."). 2.
On 25th March 2023, the report was lodged against the applicant. It is alleged that on 24th March 2023, at about 1.30 pm, Applicant along with other co-accused came in four wheeler at informant's residence. There was altercation between the Applicant and other co-accused with the informant. It is alleged
that the co-accused Rupesh assaulted the informant by using Scythe. Role attributed to the present Applicant is only of uttering abusive words.

Considering the role attributed to the Applicant, the Applicant has made out a case to grant of relief under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.
i) In the event of arrest, the Applicant, namely, Shailesh @ Shelabhai Nagaji Sondla shall be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 36 of 2023 registered with Manchar (Pargaon) Polilce Station, Pargaon, District Pune for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 307, 341, 324, 336, 337, 504 and 506 of the IPC on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the investigating officer;
ii) The applicant shall provide his recent self-attested photograph at the time of executing P.R. Bond; iii) The Applicant shall remain present before the Investigating Officer on 30th June 2023, 3rd July 2023 and 5th July 2023 between 11.00 am to 2.00 pm, till the conclusion of trial;
iii) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any witness acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or to any police officer;
iv) The applicant shall not obstruct or hamper the police investigation and not to play mischief with the evidence collected or yet to be collected by the police. 4.
