This Application is preferred by the claimants for condonation of 257 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the award dated 31.07.2012 passed by the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Judge, 4th Labour Court, Mumbai in Application (WCA) No. 329/C-84 of 2010.

Hence, the following order:
