Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This application is for carrying out amendment in Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :

"a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Applicants to amend the present Writ Sneha Chavan 1/2

b) Applicant to carry out amendment within one week from today and serve copy on other side.

c) Writ Petition No. 5962 of 2016 to appear on board for admission after two weeks. d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

e) Interim protection, if any, granted earlier to continue till next date.
