Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The applicant is facing trial for the offences punishable under Factories Act in the court of Magistrate, 29th Court, Bhoiwada, Dadar, Mumbai, He has filed revision application against the order of issuance of process and the revision application is admitted and records and proceedings have been called by the learned Sessions Judge. However, there is no stay on the proceedings. In the meantime, pending the revision application, the learned Magistrate has issued bailable warrant against the applicant. Issuance of bailable warrant was uncalled for. Hence, I pass the following order:
