Heard Mr.Dilip Shankar Mulay, petitioner in-person and Mr. Bhavesh Mogan, learned counsel for the respondents. 3.

By this Petition, the petitioner has sought direction to trial Court to dispose of the applications given in Schedule at Sr.No. 1 to 17 of application at Exhibit - 599. By order dated 17.8.2013, the learned trial Judge has disposed of application at Exhibit-599. In paragraph 3 itself, the learned trial Judge has recorded that the applications filed by the petitioner vide Exhibits 92,364,541, 395, 159,304, 339, 311, 387, 394, 379, 519, 525, 543, 551, 552, 553, 566, 580, 588, 477 and 579 are pending. In the order dated 10.6.2015 passed by me in Writ Petition No.337 of 2015, I

2 / 2 WP/5664/2015 have already clarified that while deciding the main suit, the learned trial Judge will dispose of all the pending applications. In view thereof, apprehension expressed by the petitioner in terms of prayer (B) is not well founded.

In so far as prayer clause (D) is concerned, the petitioner has sought direction to the trial Court to dispose of all Applications in a time bound manner. The petitioner is at liberty to request the trial Court to dispose of the suit in a time bound manner. Hence, Petition fails and the same is dismissed. Order accordingly.
