The applicants are arraigned as accused in connection with First Information Report No.220 of 2022 dated 27/04/2022 registered with Narpoli Police Station under Sections 420, 465 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Section 63 of Copyright Act, 1957 read with Section 103, 104 of The Trade Marks Act, 1999. 2.
It is submitted by learned APP that despite issuance of notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure (hereafter "the Cr.P.C.", for short), the applicants have not reported and co-operated with the investigation. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that they never had any intention for not appearing before the Investigating Officer. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that they will co-operate with the investigation. 4.
The complainant is present. His counsel is not able to attend the Court and requested for some time. However, considering the stand taken by the applicants, at this juncture, no prejudice will be caused to the complainant if the provisions of Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. are directed to
be complied with.

Learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer submits that the applicants will report on 26th, 27th and 28th November, 2011 between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and thereafter, as and when called and co-operate with the investigation. The statement is accepted. 6.
In case upon complying with Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. requirements, if the Investigating Officer wants to effect the arrest of the applicant, he shall give 72 hours notice in advance to the applicants.

Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of. 8.
Interim Application is also disposed of.
