Heard. This application is made by husband for early hearing of Exhibit- 14 filed in Marriage Petition No.87/2012 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division at Oras, Sindhudurg.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this court, by order dated 28.07.2015 in Writ Petition No.6213/2015 set aside the earlier order dated 17.10.2014 and Exhibit- 14 application remanded to the Trial Court for hearing on its own merits. He submits that since then the matter is pending till today.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that they have no objection for early hearing of the application below Exhibit- 14. 4.

Hence, by consent, following order is passed: a.

Hearing on Exhibit- 14 filed in Marriage Petition No.87/2012 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division Oras, Sindhudurg is expedited.

b.

This court expects that the Trial Court would decide the application below Exhibit- 14 as early as possible but in any case within 3 months from the date of producing a copy of this court before the Trial Court.

c.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

d.

Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
