Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application.

Learned APP on the instructions of the investigating officer, who is present in Court states that the prosecution was ready to proceed with the case and that one witness was also present in the said case, however, it was the Advocate for the accused who sought time.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that he does not press this Application and requests that the trial which is expedited be made time bound. Since charge is framed and the prosecution has assured that the accused will be produced on every date and a direction has also been given to that effect, it is requested that the learned Judge shall dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one year from today. The Applicant shall co-operate in the conduct of the trial. If for no fault of the Applicant the trial does not conclude within one year, the Applicant will be at liberty to file an appropriate Application which will be decided on its own merits.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The investigating officer to produce this order before the trial Court.

Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
