This criminal application is for fixing Writ Petition No.2479 of 2012 for final hearing. The said writ petition has been admitted and the proceedings pending before the Trial Court are stayed. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the proceedings are very old and the same are stayed by this Court and hence it may be fixed for hearing. 2.

The writ petition cannot be placed for hearing out of turn. No early date of hearing can be granted. Criminal Application No.203 of 2018 is rejected.
