The present application is fled for substitution of the name of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petition was fled by the President of the Akhil Maharashtra Macchimar Kruti Samittee. The President is dead. Now the son of the original petitioner is the President of the same and wants to substitute the present applicant as the petitioner. 2.

We have heard learned AGP.
