INTERIM APPLICATION NO.17357 OF 2022 Mr. Sridharan states this interim application is infructuous. The same is accordingly disposed.

INTERIM APPLICATION NO.17358 OF 2022 This application is filed for condoning the delay in furnishing extended / renewed bank guarantees dated 19th May 2021 and 6th May 2022 and permit applicant to submit the said bank guarantees dated 19th May 2021 and 6th May 2022 within such time as the court may deem fit. The reasons for failure to renew the bank guarantees can be found from paragraph 6 onward. The reason is due to covid lockdown in the entire Meera Jadhav

2/2 220-wp-1848-09.doc country, applicant could not collect the extended / renewed bank guarantee dated 28th May 2020 from State Bank of India and submit the same in this court on or before 31st May 2020. We are not entirely impressed with the reasons given because High Court registry was functioning at that time. Mr. Mishra leaves it to the court but says applicant should be put to terms.

Interim application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Registry to take the bank guarantee renewals on record. The same to be filed within two weeks.

Applicant to give a donation of Rs.1 lac within two weeks from today to K.E.M. Hospital to be used in the neurosurgery DSA department and confirmation letter, alongwith a copy of this order, be sent to Dean, K.E.M. Hospital. The account details are as under :
