The above Writ Petition has been filed for transfer of the investigation in respect of the FIR No.328 of 2017 which is registered with the Dahisar Police Station by the Petitioner. We are informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri K V Saste that the Investigating Officer has changed from the one who was earlier investigating the said FIR. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further states that the investigation is being carried out and an appropriate report would be submitted before the Trial Court. In view thereof we do not find any reason to keep the above Writ Petition pending. We expect the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation at the earliest and thereafter follow the procedure as required.
