Today when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer made to dispose of the Petition by allowing the Petitioner to file a fresh application for reconstruction of the society and the competent authority be directed that while considering the fresh application as may be filed by the Petitioner, the rejection of the earlier application may not came in the way.

The prayer appears to be reasonable. Accordingly without commenting on the merits of the matter, we dispose of this Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh application for Vishal Parekar 1/2

On filing of such application, the competent authority shall consider the same and shall take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of the application.

Needless to say that the rejection of the earlier application will not come in the way while taking decision of the Petitioner's fresh application.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
