This is an application U/s.482 of Cr.p.c. praying for setting aside the order dated 25/04/2022 whereby the Registrar, District Court, Sangli had rejected the applicant' s application for supplying CCTV footage of the court premises, dated 18/04/2022. 2.
Heard Shri. Bhujbal, learned counsel for the Applicant and Smt. Veera Shinde, learned APP for the State. 3.
The Registrar, District Court, Sangli had informed the applicant that, CCTV footage could be provided to the Investigating officer for the purpose of investigation in respect of Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

04-apl-633-22 that particular C.R. The applicant is made an accused in C.R.No.175 of 2022 of Tasgaon police station. 4.
Today, learned APP has produced a copy of report dated 03/08/2022 in which it is reported that, CCTV footage of 18/04/2022 between the time 4.00p.m. to 6.00p.m. is received by the police. Since the investigating agency is in custody of CCTV footage, the law will take it own course and the investigating agency can investigate the offence in accordance with law. In view of this report, learned counsel for the applicant, as well as, learned APP submit that nothing survives in this application. 5.
Considering this situation, the application is disposed of as the prayer has not survived anymore.
