: O R D E R :

i) The impugned order of the Industrial Court, Mumbai, dated 3 May 2016 is set aside;

ii) The Petitioner-Union will be at liberty to apply to the Co-operative Court challenging the election programme of Respondent No.1-Bank, announced on 27 May 2016 and seek an appropriate interim relief from the Co-operative Court;
