Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Following order is passed, by consent.

(a) The Order passed by the Industrial Court, Thane in Complaint (ULP) No. 104 of 2017, dated 5 th May, 2017 is set aside.

(b) The Industrial Court at Thane shall hear all the issues in Complaint (ULP) No. 104 of 2017 afresh and pass an order within a period of six weeks from today.

kpd 2 / 2 U-920-WP-6200-2017.sxw (c) The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Industrial Court at Thane on 8 th November, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary directions/orders.

(d) The parties shall not seek adjournment/s unless absolutely necessary. The Industrial Court at Thane shall also not grant adjournment/s to either side unless absolutely necessary.

(e) All contentions of the parties are kept open. (f) The Industrial Court at Thane shall continue the ad-interim protection for a period of six weeks.

The above Writ Petition No. 6200 of 2017 as well as the Writ Petition No. 7346 of 2017 are accordingly disposed off.
