The Court Fees be refunded to Appellant as per rules. 6.

The Statutory amount be remitted back to the jurisdictional Tribunal and the Tribunal shall permit the Appellant Insurance Company to withdraw the amount.

Learned counsel for Appellant has also furnished copy of authority letter to settle the matter in Lok Adalat dated 9 December 2023. the said document is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The Registrar of MACT Thane to see that the amount deposited by Insurance Company along with accrued interest is transferred in the bank account of original claimant as per ratio laid
