Heard. By this Civil Application , the Applicant - claimant is seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the Appellant Insurance Co.

pursuant to the judgment and award dated 18.08.2018 passed by the MACT Nasik in MACP No.826/2014.

Bare reading of the impugned judgment and award shows that the Tribunal has not awarded any compensation in favour of Applicant No.5 Charushila Dipak Khairnar and Applicant No.6 Rekha Rahul Sonawane.

In spite of that the Applicant has filed Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

65.2659.19-caf.odt the Application for withdrawal of the amount on their behalf also.

Considering these facts, I do not find any reason to entertain the Application.

Hence, the Civil Application stands rejected.

Liberty granted to the claimants in whose favour the compensation is granted by the Tribunal, to make an appropriate Application for withdrawal of compensation and the same shall be decided on merits.

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

No order as to costs.
