Heard learned Counsel for the parties. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions of his clients, and learned Counsel for the Respondents agree that the petition can be disposed of without indicating any reasons. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the following order :

(I) Directions given in the impugned order in terms of prayer Clause 1 of Para 13 are quashed and set aside;

(II) The directions in terms of Clauses 2 and 3 are sustained; (III)The Industrial Court shall dispose of the main complaint as expeditiously as possible and in any event, endeavour to dispose of the same within a period of six months from today; (IV) Whilst disposing of the main complaint, the Industrial Court shall not, in any way, be influenced by this order and the complaint shall be heard and disposed of on its own merits;

(V) All rights and contentions of the parties on merits are kept open. (S.C. Gupte, J.)
