By this Interim Application, the State is seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 31.03.2023 in Writ Petition No. 741 of 2023 for payment of retiral benefits to the original Respondent, on the ground that the earlier period is expiring on 31.05.2023. 2.

Having heard learned AGP for the State and perused the application, time is extended by a period of one month. 3.
