This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid applicant apprehending her arrest in C.R.No.189 of 2018 registered with Sangli Police Station, for the offences under Section 498A, 306 r/w. 34 of IPC.

Heard Ms. Sinhasane, the learned Counsel for the applicant, Mr. Kandpile, the learned Counsel for the Intervenor and Mr.
Pednekar, the learned APP for the State. Perused the records. 3.
The aforesaid crime was registered pursuant to the FIR lodged by Dr. Bhagyashali Sureshali Parpani. The FIR prima facie reveals that Pooja, the daughter of the first informant was married to Dr. Rajkumar Patil. It was an intercaste marriage. There was opposition from both the sides. Said Pooja committed suicide in her matrimonial house on 31st March, 2018. The said first informant stated that Pooja had committed suicide as the husband of Pooja and his family members had subjected Pooja to cruelty. The applicant herein is the married sister-in-law of Pooja. She is residing in her matrimonial house at Village Kokale. The allegations against this applicant are general in nature. Considering all these facts, this Court had granted interim bail to the applicant vide Order dated 4th June, 2018.
The applicant was directed to report to Sangli Police Station for the purpose of interrogation and investigation. It is submitted that the applicant has already complied with the said condition. The learned APP has also submitted that the investigation is already completed and the chargesheet is filed.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the applicant is granted bail on the following terms and conditions:- (i) The application is allowed.
(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 189 of 2018 registered with Sangli Police Station, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twentyfive Thousand Only) with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Investigation Officer. (iii) The applicant shall provide her permanent as well as temporary address, if any, and her contact details to the Investigating Officer. (vi) The applicant shall not change her residential address without prior intimation to the Investigation Officer. . In view of disposal of the anticipatory bail application, criminal application No.674 of 2018 does not survive and the same is disposed of.
