In Crime No. 271 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, the Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail. 2.

Perused the contents in the complaint dated 10th April 2018

Apart from the fact that there is no direct involvement of the Applicant in alleged crime which warrants custodial interrogation, during investigation plea of marriage could be inferred from the material available on record.

As such, ad-interim relief granted earlier by this Court on 4th June 2018 is confirmed. In addition, the Applicant to attend Investigating Officer on 11th , 13th , 15th February 2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.

The Applicant shall neither tamper the evidence of prosecution nor influence the prosecution witnesses. 6.

The Anticipatory Bail Application as well as Criminal Application stand disposed of accordingly.
