The applicant who is in jail has filed present application for transfer of trial from learned Special Court Mumbai to another Judge. The principal reason for such transfer is that the trial is pending without framing of charge for last seven to eight years. 2.

Learned advocate appointed to represent the applicant has placed on record copy of Roznama dated 16th March 2023. The Roznama indicates that the discharge application filed by the applicant is pending for consideration. The matter is adjourned on 28th March 2023 for hearing on discharge application. In that view of the matter, the present application need not be entertained. 3.

The criminal application is,therefore, disposed of. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
