Offce note shows that appellant has not removed offce objections. Considering these facts, following order is passed: a.

Appellant to remove all offce objections in Family Court Appeal No.67 of 2016 on or before 29.02.2020, failing which the Family Court Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

Hearing of Family Court Appeal is expedited.

c.

Registry is directed to place Family Court Appeal for fnal hearing in weekly board commencing from 09.03.2020, if all offce objections are removed.

d.

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
