The grievance of the petitioner is that though his hotel and permit room not situated within 500 meters of the State Highway still by an oral order, the 3rd respondent has stopped the petitioner from running the said liquor permit room. 2.

Today when the petition has come up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit detailed representation with documents to show that the hotel and permit N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

513-wp-6230-2017 room are not situated within 500 meters of the State Highway and the State Authority-the respondent Nos. 3rd and 4th Respondents be directed to decide the petitioners representation in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer the petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation with supporting documents before the respondents within two week from the date of receipt of said order. 4.

On receipt of the same the 3rd and 4th respondents shall consider the same and shall take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case not later than 15 days from the date of receipt of such representation. We direct the 3rd and 4th respondent to pass a reasoned order on the said representation.

The Petition is disposed of.
