After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. Accordingly the application is dismissed as withdrawn. It is not in dispute that charge has been framed as against the applicant. The age of the sole child witness was five years in October 2017. Having regard to the age of the child witness, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
