Learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane submitted that, in Sessions Case No. 67 of 2019 wherein the Petitioner is an accused, Trial Court has framed charge on 9th February, 2023. That, the Trial Court has also issued witness summons to the witnesses and the next date of hearing before the Trial Court is scheduled on 1st March, 2023. It is also stated in the report that, as the Police Head Quarter is not providing police escort regularly, a request is also made to the Trial Court for providing Video-Conference link to avoid inconvenience for production of Petitioner and like other prisoners on scheduled dates.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition as of today does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off.
