This Court had called for the information as whether the Interim Application filed by the party is decided by the Civil Court. A letter dated 10th September 2022 is received from the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Bhiwandi that the Injunction Application (Exhibit-5) is disposed of on merits on 05th August 2022.

In view of that, the parties may take further steps pursuant to the order passed by the Civil Court. If the Application for Injunction with regard to the subject property is allowed, then certainly the parties would Mugdha

2 43- WP 9095-2016.doc be bound by the prohibitory orders passed by the Civil Court. In case the Application for Injunction is rejected by the Civil Court, then certainly, the Corporation may take steps according to the order on the Injunction Application passed by the Civil Court.
