Heard Mr. Sandip Kedia, petitioner in person and Mr. Mahadik, learned Counsel for respondent in both the Petitions. 2.

Parties have tendered order dated 05.04.2017 passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.11496 of 2016. The same is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. Parties have also tendered joint application made on behalf of the parties for disposal of the matters pending before the Apex Court in terms of mutual consent terms dated 08.02.2017 enclosing therewith a copy of the mutual consent terms dated 08.02.2017. The same is taken on record and marked 'B Colly.' for identification.

Mr. Kedia submitted that in view of the order of the Apex Court as also consent terms dated 08.02.2017, Petitions may be disposed of. Mr. Mahadik has no objection.
