1] It is pointed out to me that by the order passed by this Court on 26th September, 2016 the application preferred by the petitioner for extending the time for submitting the decree form was allowed and the time was extended as requested. However, the order of disposing of the application finally is not passed inadvertently. As a result, the matter was not sent to the decree department.

2] In view thereof, in the order dated 26th September, 2016 following order is added;

"The Civil Application is disposed of finally." 3] The correction be carried out accordingly.
