In Application No. 159/2021, applicant is seeking transfer of Police Case No. PW/817/2012 from the Court of

Rane 2/2 sr.8,9,10 Metropolitan Magistrate, Borivali to the Court of Sessions, Mumbai.

In Criminal Application No.160/2021, applicant seeks transfer of Criminal Misc. Application No.49/2019 from the Sessions Court at Panvel to the Sessions Court at Mumbai.

In Application No.161/2021, applicant seeks transfer of proceedings in Misc. Application No.65/2018 filed under the provisions of the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 from the Sessions Court, Satara to the Sessions Court at Mumbai.
