Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned PP. The application is for restoration of the anticipatory bail application which was dismissed for non-prosecution by order of the learned Single Judge by this Court dated 3rd May, 2019. 2.

I perused the application and I am satisfied with the reasons for non-performance on that date and accordingly recall the order of dismissal passed by this Court on 3rd May, 2019 and restored the anticipatory bail application on the file of this Court. The interim order passed by this Court on 24th January, 2019 granting anticipatory bail shall be continued till the next date i.e. 4th June, 2019.
