Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Necessary amendment with regard to respondent No.6 being shown as legal representatives of deceased petitioner No.7 is also permitted. The same to be carried out within two weeks from today. 2] Similarly, Civil Application No. 2146 of 2017 is also made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
