1) By an elaborate order dated 25.7.2016 the predecessorintitle of this Court (Shri. P. N.Deshmukh, J.) was pleased to grant interim relief to the applicants. It is categorically observed that there appears no substance in rejecting the present application even though the investigation was in progress as the same can be allowed by imposing certain conditions upon the applicants to facilitate the investigation. It appears to me that in the said order dated 25.7.2016 the concluding sentence "the application is allowed in the aforesaid terms" has remained to be quoted.
2) As this Court after detailed analysis of the material available on record was pleased to grant relief by observing the aforesaid, I am of the view that the present application needs to be allowed.
3) Interim relief granted on 25.7.2016 is hereby confirmed in the aforesaid terms.
